What VIP maps do you get in BFBC2 Ulimate Edition?

I know it comes with Battlefield 1943, Onslaught, 4 vehicle and 2 gun unlocks, and some VIP codes for map packs. What map packs do the codes unlock? All 7?What VIP maps do you get in BFBC2 Ulimate Edition?
yes all 7 even onslaught but not Vietnam
