Hey guys, I am planning to get battlefield bad company 2, however it is a M rated game. I live in the U.S., which I believe the appropriate age is 17. I am underage, and do not look like a 17 year old. If I bring my parent along with me, will I be able to get the game? Thanks, good answers please.Can I buy BFBC2 if I am under 17?
If you bring your parent along it's fine. video game ratings are just suggestions and not legal in any way. Some stored follow them though, so just bring a parent.

Its mature but right above it it says, 17+ which means if you are 17 or older you may purchase it. Bring an ID if you have one. Either way if the place you are buying it from gives you a hard time, they cannot deny a parent from purchasing it for you.

You can't buy it alone, but if you have your parent/parents with you, then it won't be a problem.
