If you're talking about the PC version for each game, I'm not sure when AC2 is coming, since Mass Effect 2 was a month late in arriving in stores. Console versions of Bad Company 2 are available now, but the PC version is nowhere to be seen.

Yes, BFBC2 is worth buying and it is said to be better than MW2. Oh and idk when AC2 will be in India, but you could buy it from another country and have it shipped to you, but it will cost a lot more.
