With as little as 1 GB RAM i'd say you should be happy if you can get 20 FPS.
You don't have enough RAM.
Your graphics card is pretty much **** too.
A 2.2 GHz processor is also very bad.
To sum up: Maximum 20 FPS. (Might have to use low settings to reach that)...
